What is the status of my order?

What is my order number?
This information can be found in the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase or in the shipment confirmation email sent once your order has been dispatched. Providing the order number when contacting our customer service team will help us assist you more efficiently.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us at support@kingsroadmerch.com. We are able to cancel orders provided they have not yet been shipped. Please provide your order number.
How do I update my address?
Please contact us at support@kingsroadmerch.com. We can update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please provide your order number.
What do I do if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
If you have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact us at support@kingsroadmerch.com with the email address used to place the order. Our team will locate your order and resend the confirmation email.
How do preorders work?
Items designated as preorder are not currently in stock and will be shipped by the date specified in the product description. Please note that your entire order will be shipped once all items become available. If you would like in stock items to be delivered sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
My order was shipped and is taking longer than usual, can you help?
Express methods are the only shipping methods guaranteed to be delivered by a certain day. Please keep in mind processing time (1-5 days) is not included in shipping time.
Standard, Media and Priority mail can range from 1- 14 business days. Media mail has been known to take longer due to not being insured.
PLEASE USE CAUTION WHILE SELECTING MEDIA MAIL.
King’s Road Merch is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit while using media mail.
I live outside of the United States, what should I expect when I order?
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or taxes may apply to your order, particularly if the value exceeds certain thresholds. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control; therefore, we are unable to prepay them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding applicable fees and estimated costs.
I tried using a freight forwarder/ courier but you canceled my order, why is that?
Due to instances of lost shipments and fraudulent activity, we no longer ship to courier or freight forwarding addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I add shipping notes to my order?
At this time, our fulfillment system does not support shipping notes. While PayPal provides the option to add shipping notes at checkout, these notes are not transmitted to our order management system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
